Cancellation Policy
Due to the handcrafted and analog nature of Super 8 videography, all bookings are non-refundable. Super 8 film, processing, scanning, licensed music, and creative labor are purchased and reserved specifically for your event at the time of booking. Once a date is secured, these resources cannot be reallocated or recovered. For this reason, all payments made toward Super 8 services are final. This includes, but is not limited to, retainers, partial payments, and full balances. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or change of plans by the client, payments are not eligible for refund. Where possible, and at the discretion of the videographer, payments may be applied as a credit toward a future date or project, subject to availability. By reserving services, the client acknowledges and accepts the artistic, analog, and irreversible process involved in Super 8 videography.
